Driving Directions:
From Patton Ave, turn on Leicester Hwy and go 9.1 miles to Green Valley Rd (street sign on the right). Take a left on Green Valley and continue for 2.8 miles. Turn left onto Banner Estate Cove Rd (gravel - Look for a row of mail boxes on the left). Go down banner estate cove, very slow and stay to your left up and over the hill. After the hill it will be the 3rd drive on the right across from the fenced yard with hunting dogs.
